The Curate’s Report 2017

On Wednesday 8th March, our church had its AGM, which, in church speak, we call the “Vestry Meeting”. The Vestry Meeting is the place where we look back on the previous year, evaluate what we have done in our parish, and then make rough plans for the following year. I have to say that it was really exciting to see a good number of people at church to listen to what’s going on. It was encouraging to hear many good news stories and also very humbling to have the support of the congregation.

Some highlights of the meeting were…

  1. There are lots of things going on.
  2. There’s lots planned.
  3. Numbers are up.

Below you can find the report I gave to the Vestry Meeting. I hope it serves as an encouragement to you.

With my love and prayers,

Rev. Dean Aaron Roberts
